·What pattern does a fiveline❶ poem follow?
Look at the poem on the right. It has five lines of text. This style was created in the nineteenth century❷ by an American poet. This kind of poem always talks about a single❸ topic. Each❹ line has a set number of❺ words. The first line has one word.
The second line has two words. The third,or middle line
has three words. The fourth line has four words. The last line has one word.

fiveline是一个复合形容词,由“数词+连字符+单数名词”构成。常见的复合形容词的结构还有:(1)“数词+连字符+单位词(单数)+连字符+形容词”。
eg:twometerdeep 两米深的。
(2)“形容词+连字符+名词ed”。
eg:warmhearted 热心肠的。复合形容词的共同
特点:作定语,修饰后面的名词。
eg:They are all warmhearted people.
